This October, Gregg Perry an esteemed Pennsylvania horologist, or clock expert, and the famed Frederick & Duckloe & Bros. furniture store in Portland, are teaming up to open a specialized shop offering one of the largest collections of 17th through 19th century museum quality case, mantle and wall clocks on the east coast. One of the many special pieces on display will be an 18th century Emery tall case clock from New York with musical movement. This clock is one of only two ever made. Its counterpart resides in the White House. There will be many other clocks of this caliber on the floor, offered for sale to the collector or available to view by the enthusiast.
This coming October 8, there will be a grand opening party which will be open to the public.
