Shipping Information

Customers can pick up completed orders at our warehouse. Duckloe chairs, settees and tables can also be shipped to your location using:
  1. Our Duckloe delivery trucks and our furniture delivery professionals (local deliveries only)
  2. United Parcel Service (UPS)* deliveries limited to:
    1. Office Windsors
    2. Child and Scale
    3. #305 Saddle Bench
Notes:
Items delivered by UPS or Common Carrier must be crated before loading. Our crating charges are:
  1. $30 per chair
  2. $50 per bench
  3. $125 per table
UPS deliveries are door-to-door. Common carrier deliveries are to the common carrier depot local to your area (where you can pick-up). The common carrier can also arrange for delivery to your door for an extra charge.
Delivery charges (UPS or Common Carrier) will be added to the crating charge. Payment in full is required before your order is shipped. Personal check or money order accepted. No credit cards.
