An alternative 'white glove' shipping service may also be available for customers in neighboring counties and states. The optional 'white glove' service may in certain instances be the least expensive of the above options because the customer is not billed for packing, crating and handling charges that might otherwise increase the cost of shipping the product(s). A trained Duckloe shipping rep will automatically compare costs across all shipping options to determine which is best suited to meet your needs in the most economical manner.
Local deliveries by Duckloe Truck are offered for a $95.00 flat fee. Pick-up at our factory in Portland, Pa. is also available free of charge. Packaging and handling charges may be applicable.
The shipping charges related to items shipped via UPS are billed during the checkout process and included in the total cart price.
The shipping charges related to items that are NOT shipped via UPS are NOT billed during the checkout process, instead an estimated shipping fee is displayed for the user's convenience. In certain instances however, ABF's shipping charges may not be the most economical. Consequently, a Duckloe representative will follow through with a phone call and elaborate on your available options while making both recommendations and arrangements to ship either freight or an alternate more competitively priced service.
In addition, if any combination of items are being ordered online the related shipping charges will not be billed during the checkout process. This is to ensure that we're able to bundle your products in such a way that will save on your combined shipping costs. In either case a Duckloe representative will contact you and discuss the available shipping options and the best available method of shipping at the best possible rates.
Should our furniture fail at any time during the life of the original owner because of workmanship or a failure of the wood, we will either repair or replace the item.
