The
original of this handsome and historic occasional chair
was entrusted to our craftsmen by The First Boston
Corporation, an investment banking and brokerage firm,
for the purpose of reproduction. Utilizing solid native
wood and meticulously duplication all the contours and
details of the eighteenth-century model, Duckloe
Chairmakers handcrafted a series of "First
Boston" Arm Chairs for the company's New York City
office.
We subsequently have developed a
matching side chair, and now are offering both versions.
The timeless furniture design of our
forefathers is sure to please all who appreciate quality
- and be a proud possession of coming generations.
